7thWell exists to provide Domestic Minors of Sex Trafficking (DMST) with immediate care using two future programs: Residential Program and Foster Program. Both will include spiritual, medical, emotional and physical therapy, all happening in the context of a small, family-sized unite, which will prepare and equip the girls to lead productive, fulfilling lives.
We are looking for a responsible Intern to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Intern responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing presentations, keeping with social media, email and website, merchandise sales, assisting with events, and minutes for Board Meetings.
The ideal candidate should be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Intern should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
*Collaborate with CEO and program director to organize and schedule appointments
*Respond to emails, website inquiries, and merchandise orders
*Take detailed minutes of meetings
*Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
*Assist in preparation of regularly schedules reports
*Order promotion supplies, office supplies
*Book travel arrangements
*Submit expense reports
*Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
*Maintain social media and website
*Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
*Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
*Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, in particular)
*Time management skills and ability to prioritize work
*Strong organizational skills
*High School degree

Office hours are to be determined based on flexibility of schedule, but must be in office at least 3 days a week. Time will be required outside of office hours to accomplish tasks up to 20 hours, including at home work, events, and outside of office meetings. This internship will be unpaid but intern will gain experience with administrative tasks, organizational leadership, non-profit maintenance, and survivor care.
