Becky oversees all of our Programs that 7th Well offers. This includes client assessments, program curriculum, milestones, volunteer operations, all contracted resources that the ladies will utilize, and program budgets. Along with transportation, she oversees all client relations and works as a liaison between Foster Parents, Case Worker and our Program.

Becky has approximately ten years of work and research experience in the area of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. She has a master degree in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary, where she focused on ministry issues with at-risk children and women. She has worked with sexually exploited persons domestically in Chicago and Los Angeles, and internationally in Costa Rica, India, and Kenya. Her work in the field has taken her to strip clubs, street corners, brothels, red lights districts, and slums, as well as churches, homes and coffee shops. She has organized new programs and evaluated existing programs in order to improve services. She often trains workers with an emphasis on intergrating research-based methodology with biblically-informed practices. In addition to her work in human trafficking, she has more than fifteen years experience in church-based ministry with children. Before working against human trafficking, she was a clinical research coordinator at the University of Chicago, conducting human genomics research.
